1. Parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis within the allotted parking areas. 2. Hashtags areas indicate a "No Parking" zone. 3. All vehicles must have a decal assigned by the leasing office within the vehicle. 4. All leasing office decals must always be visible inside the vehicle. 5. All decal holders must register their vehicle(s) with the leasing office to park on the premises. 6. Management will issue decals for up to two vehicles but only one decal per vehicle. 7. Visitors will be granted parking for 24 hours, which must be obtained from the leasing office. 8. All vehicles must be registered with the management. 9. Parking is at the Renter’s discretion. Management will not be held responsible for any damaged or stolen property. 10. Vehicles parked without proper tags or those that appear to be abandoned will be towed at the Owners’ expense. The resident is responsible and hereby agrees to pay for any towing charge due to, but not limited to those listed in this policy. 11. All vehicles will be towed for double parking, parking in front of dumpsters, on the grass, or in “No Parking” zones. 12. Vehicles without license plates, inspection stickers, deflated tires, missing vehicle parts, or missing handicapped stickers (in handicapped zones) will be towed. 13. Vehicle maintenance and washing on the property is prohibited. 14. Recreational activities such as ball playing, skating, loitering, or drinking are strictly prohibited in all parking areas, lots, and driveways. All vehicles in violation of the parking rules and regulations will be towed at the Owner's expense.
